Terms & Conditions

Offer Period:

  • Promotion valid from April 1, 2025, through September 30, 2025.

  • All contracts must be signed and completed by the campaign end date.

Eligibility:

  • Promotion exclusively available to existing PixelPoint customers (perpetual POS solution only) who are new to MOBI or DataCandy.

  • Customers already using MOBI but new to DataCandy qualify for $500 reimbursement from DataCandy only.

  • Customers already using DataCandy but new to MOBI qualify for $500 reimbursement from MOBI only.

  • Customers already using both MOBI and DataCandy or currently on cloud POS PixelPAR solutions are not eligible for this promotion.

Qualifying Advertising Spend:

  • Digital advertisements promoting MOBI’s online ordering and/or DataCandy’s loyalty features via channels such as Meta, Google, or TikTok.

  • Printed marketing materials used in-store or distributed with existing orders explicitly promoting the new online ordering and loyalty features.

  • If you’re unsure whether your planned advertising qualifies or need further clarification, please contact liz.cherry@mobihq.com directly for confirmation prior to spending.

Advertising Purpose & Evidence Requirements:

  • Ads must explicitly raise awareness or drive customer engagement with new online ordering and/or loyalty features.

    • Example: “Order Direct & Join Our New Club!”

  • Evidence must include:

    • Digital: Screenshots clearly displaying ads, plus receipts of advertising spend.

    • Printed materials: Clear photos of in-store or distributed advertising materials, accompanied by proof of spend (e.g., print invoices).

Submission of Reimbursement Requests:

  • Submit evidence and receipts via email directly to liz.cherry@mobihq.com.

  • Reimbursements processed via direct bank transfer within 30 days of validation.

Maximum Reimbursement:

  • MOBI and DataCandy will each reimburse up to $500, for a combined total maximum of $1,000 per eligible customer.

  • The reimbursement amount will be provided in the currency based on the restaurant’s head office location:

    • USD ($) for businesses headquartered in the United States.

    • CAD ($) for businesses headquartered in Canada.

  • Advertising spend exceeding $1,000 is encouraged but will not result in additional reimbursement beyond the agreed maximum.

Reimbursement Submission Deadline:

  • Advertising reimbursement claims must be submitted within three (3) months of the new integrated features going live.

  • If onboarding timelines differ between MOBI and DataCandy, the three-month window begins only after both integrations have been completed and the restaurant is fully live with the integrated solutions.

Limitations and Conditions:

  • Only one reimbursement request permitted per business entity, brand, or restaurant group, regardless of the number of individual locations or franchises involved.

  • Reimbursement will only be provided after successful completion of onboarding and integration of both MOBI’s and DataCandy’s platforms.

  • MOBI, DataCandy, and PixelPoint reserve the right to verify all submitted evidence and may refuse payment if terms are not fully met or if fraudulent or incomplete information is suspected.
