Menu build
- For easy set-up we import your menu from your point of sale or a.csv file. You can choose how complex you make menus, from different menus for different locations to regions and different menus for different days and times of the week.
- First, we import your menu. Next, you choose the complexity level of your menu, including the ability to offer different menus for different locations, regions or different times of day.
Marketplace menus
- Manage your marketplace menus directly from MOBI Admin. Use the same menu as you have for online ordering or create a new one. We’ll work directly with the marketplaces to get you live.
Menu Editor
- Menus are categorised into categories, products, and modifiers for easy management. Save time by selecting multiple items and editing at the same time.
Order Rules
- Apply conditions to be met before an order can be completed. Set up rules such as minimum and maximum order requirements and manage alcohol restrictions (i.e. age verification and must be accompanied by food).
Tags
- A feature that lets you set specific conditions or specify item availability. Show items as delivery only or add details on wait times. You can also Popular product tags so guests can order your most loved.

Store Status
- Easily switch your store between active, inactive and hidden. You can turn off particular services and add a note for guests to let them know why you may be closed.

- Prep and drive and your delivery wait time is calculated automatically for your guest. Orders are dispatched to the kitchen at the right time taking these timeframes into consideration, so food doesn’t sit unattended for long between the kitchen and your guest’s hands.
Dynamic wait times
- Set shorter wait times for orders that can be prepared quickly and longer wait times for orders that require extra time. Perfect if you have catering menus or items that take much longer to prepare.
Order throttling
- Set limits to match your kitchen capacity and your driver availability. Once you hit capacity, guests can place their orders but become automatically notified of the next available ordering time.
Delivery Zone settings
- Create zones for delivery, assign minimum order amounts if applicable and delivery fees. Create multiple zones with different price points and criteria. Even add multiple fee levels, perfect if you want to encourage guests to buy large to earn a delivery fee discount.
Stock availability
- Managing stock is vital so guests aren’t disappointed. Easily set products as out of stock or hide them completely. If you’re expecting a delivery soon, pre-set the date the item will be back in stock and MOBI will automatically update your menu.
Curbside pick-up
- For guest convenience we can add curbside pick-up as an option on your online storefront, perfect for that added level of service.
